Louise has a master’s degree in library science, has written and published extensively, and is an expert in research. She has also designed a number of Native Plant Focused landscapes. Brian has a master’s degree in English/Creative Writing, was two-term president of the Seattle Society for Technical Communication, has published books and has written hundreds of trade journal articles on dozens of disciplines, and has written numerous proposals. He also has an MBA in Technology Management and a post-graduate certificate in Total Quality Management. He has done consulting work for Fortune 500 companies as well as for over 100 venture-backed startups.
